Flow & Customization Update
Flow & Customization Update
This update is all about making the game feel smoother and more responsive, while also giving players more control over how they want to play.
☁ Cloud Stage Flow
The beginning of the Cloud stage has been reworked to fix an awkward dead-end. Navigation now feels much more natural, keeping momentum and exploration fun without getting stuck.
🌊 Swimming Improvements
Exiting water is now much easier. Jumping out at the surface feels reliable and consistent, so swimming sections no longer break the pace of gameplay.
⚙️ Semisolid Platform Settings
I’ve added three different ways to drop through semisolid platforms:
-
Down once
-
Down + Jump
-
Down twice quickly
You can choose the style that feels most comfortable in the options. Down + Jump and Down twice both let you stand on a semisolid platform while still throwing your boomerang downward — something not possible with the Down once option. On the other hand, Down once is the fastest way to drop through a platform (or even multiple in rapid succession), so the choice comes down to your strategy!
That’s it for this update! These tweaks may seem small, but they really add up to a smoother experience overall. I’ll keep polishing player movement while also working on new mechanics and stages. Thanks for following along!
